  I love Zarraffa's and I go there a lot. However, the drive through is always really really slow... They once stuffed up my order and didn't refund me the difference or say sorry or smile or show any body language that indicated that they cared that they'd made something completely different to what I'd ordered... The restaurant needs to be cleaned more often the floor always looks dirty and they need to smile and never look happy about their job. The drinks are awesome though.

  Love the crew (especially the weekday morning staff) at this shop!! They're extremely polite and very efficient at their job. Always make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door!! There's no other Zarraffas store that will come close to this one in my opinion

  Popular cafe with drive through. Coffee quality is a little inconsistent which is strange when their emphasis is mainly on their drinks, not food.

  Love my morning treat. Staff are super friendly and coffee is hot, fast and satisfying.
