  Whatever you do don't let these people touch your car. My Ranger was in a pretty bad accident so the time it took to fix it was understandable but the service and quality of workmanship was a joke. After I picked up my vehicle I found a huge list of things wrong with it. Plus my vehicle wasn't even washed, or cleaned inside the cabin. There was grease on the car and inside of it also food spilt inside too. Discovered cigarette butts beer cans and rubbish in my tray when opening the roller shutter lid. ( Think they would have some quality control from a manager inspecting it before handing back a vehicle to a customer.) They had smashed one of my spottys in the workshop so they replaced it but with a different one that didn't match. Also spotlights weren't even connected and working. My snorkle wasn't even bolted on. My reverse camera wasn't working and mount broken even though it wasn't even touched in the accident. Driver side door handle was completely loose about to fall off. Front driver side ranger emblem plate on quarter panel was just sitting there not secure. Auxiliary power point in tray from auxiliary battery had no power and wasn't working. (Wasn't damaged from accident in that area.) Steering wheel was way of center when driving in a straight line. Anyway I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't ring my insurer and let them fix the issues. But after all that I found more problems! The driver side door and driver side quarter panel which were repainted don't even match! Darker shade of silver to the rest of the car, looks ridiculous! Also found under the driver side front wheelbay they only rustproof sprayed a quarter of the area lol couldn't even do the full job. The last thing they did which I think is a complete joke too, they replaced only the center and right side of the rear bumper.. You would think you would do the whole bumper, it looks dodgy as. Anyway had enough and rang my insurer and will be finding someone else to fix these issues.

  Douglas & Miller did a great job on my car, thank you. The staff were efficient and friendly to me however as I was waiting there for roughly around 20 minutes I noticed that their work environment wasn't the best. This young girl at the counter called Monique was great, unsure if she is new or not but they way the staff treated her was unacceptable. It doesn't matter if she did something wrong or right she shouldn't be treated that way by anybody. Take care of your work staff thanks.
