  The prices at Digital Matrix are sometimes competitive online PC stores but are often a bit more and there are not as many options for in-store products since it is a small store, but generally these guys are the best when you need hardware right away.

  At first I was very pleased with their service. They seemed helpful and knowledgeable. As a family with two kids we had need for a home computer to replace a computer that had over a decade. We bought the computer and a monitor and a keyboard and a mouse and speakers, we even bought a mouse pad. All seemed good except that the instructions that came with the computer were minimal, with a photo that did not correspond to our computer but we put everything working without much issues. After a few days, by luck we realized that the computer did not have the right connection to the monitor to fully take advantage of the expensive graphic card we had bought. We contacted them and they said that we needed a different cable. When I went there it felt like I was in a car-shop with them being polite but giving the general sense that I was an idiot for not knowing that we needed that cable. They charged me for the cable which was not good costumer service when it was mostly their fault and instead of just apologizing and saying that they had forgot (which I find perfectly understandable) they gave me more attitude by saying that they had assumed that we had that cable, implying that we were morons for not knowing this. We had bought everything, and I mean down to the mouse-pad, so why the ... are we supposed to know that we need a cable that is specialized enough to not come with the monitor? I would have been fine with a simple 'sorry we forgot' and I would have been put off but not angry if after that they charged me for the cable, but charging me for their bad service and on top give me unpleasant answers and general attitude is not nice...

  Every time I come in the staff are really friendly and willing to help which is a plus.

  Great computer shop. Not many around any more, so get out there and support them.
