  Went in to purchase something after chasing down a staff member (yes they were trying to walk away fast) Was told not in stock. I asked if i could order was told no come back in two weeks. I did same result. went online used chat and was told order in store. What a joke.

  I called a few days before items were supposed to be delivered to find out some of my items "aren't in stock" and "apparently " never were and that our furniture wouldn't be able to be delivered until 1 month after we have moved in.

  Fantastic furniture offered to compinsate in no way by delivering the items they had obviously sold on us for free when they arrived in store and expecting us to paid for 2x delivery fees.

  3 weeks later I got a number of emails and text msgs to say my items were in and needed to be picked up within 7days.

  Great General furniture store. It is not a boutique super high quality store so does not quite get 5 stars. Most furniture is Ikea style build it yourself. Prices are great and staff very friendly and helpful.

  I called twice and spoke to two different ladies who said it was find for them to be delivered on the date I wanted but if they needed to sell an item they will re-order and make sure it is in by the time I needed it delivered.
