  Just had a very disappointing experience here. The young woman at the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was left to wait far too long. Was assured (quite abruptly) that I was next in line - and next thing someone else goes in ahead of me - the third in the time I'd been there, despite my appoibtment being 45 minutes before and it being early in the morning. When I approached the counter again to try and book another time, I was told quite rudely that she was 'with another client'. I should have left without bothering in the first place - which I did after that. It's a meat factory not a family practice. Don't waste your time.

  The doctors are great and very caring. Majority of the time they are on time but hey they are doctors and accidents and emerencys happen which they have to deal with. The waitlist for some doctors are about two weeks but they quality of care out weigh the wait. The reception staff are hit and miss. Majority of them are nice, caring and genuinely happy others are rude and arrogant. Overall would highly recommend this clinic

  after the excellent medibank health solutions were taken over in a sinister corporate move, i was forced to come to this place to finish my shots with a faceless corporation. It was vile, institutional, impersonal, slow and I cant think of a worse medical experience ive ever had.

  I will never go back there, when i had to change my appointment, they threatened to hit me with a fee for cancellation, even thought i had an email confirmation from them...

  Lovely staff and doctors and they actually had a small food bank for if you are financially struggling! I couldn't believe that! Who does that?!

  I have been going to Dr Ponti for seven years and he is great (5 Stars), but the medical centre has grown into a large unwelcoming place, staffed by admin people who would not be out of place in the Gestapo. You go into the place felling unwell in the first place and the staff just make things worse. A smile costs nothing.
